Training
At Vitality Fitness & Recovery, we take your individual goals and needs seriously. Our trainers want to see you through to whatever your next adventure is, no matter how big or small. You tell us where you want to go with your training, and we'll take care of the rest. We have the qualifications to offer:

Interested in seeing what Vitality has to offer, but not central to our locations? No problem! Our trainers are happy to meet with you online and discuss a program that will help you reach your goals from the comfort of your own gym at a self-guided pace.
Nutrition
Our coaches are equipped with the knowledge to give you general nutrition guidance to supplement your training program. At our first consultation, you will provide a 2-week food journal and activity log for us to discuss and offer feedback on. We will help you create attainable and measurable goals that we can work towards together, and go over any potential problem areas or questions you may have. After our discussion, our team will provide you with macronutrients specific to your goals and help hold you accountable throughout your journey, updating your plan as we go. Our nutrition services also include a weekly check-in meeting to help you stay consistent and have the opportunity to ask about any concerns along the way.
Movement Analysis
Our one-time movement analysis and correction session is designed for the beginner, intermediate, or advanced client who has concerns surrounding a specific movement or set of movements. During our session, we will review your form to determine where your movement patterns are breaking down and where your weaknesses stem from. Once we determine the source of error within the movement, we will provide you with a list of mobility and strengthening suggestions to help you move toward correcting the problem and build a more efficient and technically sound movement pattern.
Recovery
At Vitality Fitness & Recovery, we feel strongly that taking care of your body is crucial for the longevity of your health and fitness. Our athletic trainer and fitness coach will tailor your recovery session to your specific needs by guiding you through a variety of techniques, including stretching, flexibility, mobility, ice cup massage, Normatec compression therapy, and more. We guarantee that your body will thank you!

At Vitality Fitness & Recovery, we get it - going out of your comfort zone and starting at a new gym can be intimidating. Before we commit to training together, we want to start by learning about your journey so far and what you want out of this experience. We are 100% confident in what we do - and we want you to be, too. We'll get you acquainted with the space, introduce ourselves, and tell you what makes Vitality so much more unique and valuable than any other gym you've seen yet. Most importantly, we'll also ask you some questions to get to know you and your frame of thinking, so that we can understand you better and be able to help you in your journey more effectively. Once we've talked about what makes you tick and what you want your future at Vitality to look like, we'll get you set up with a Movement Assessment and go from there.

Abbey discovered a love for fitness when she began lifting at a local gym to enhance her performance as a growing high school hockey player. She went to college to become an athletic trainer and began her career focusing on strength coaching immediately upon graduation. She has extensive experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation,
Abbey discovered a love for fitness when she began lifting at a local gym to enhance her performance as a growing high school hockey player. She went to college to become an athletic trainer and began her career focusing on strength coaching immediately upon graduation. She has extensive experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation, functional training, athletic development, and recovery methods. Her passion lies with strength training and empowering her clients to train not only for fitness, but for the life they want to live. She also obtained her Precision Nutrition Level-1 Coaching certification in 2023 and her Precision Nutrition Level-1 Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery certification in 2025.
In her personal life, Abbey is a competitive powerlifter, holding multiple world and state records, and plays in a recreational ice hockey league. She also enjoys hiking and exploring the world with Keith and their dog, Winni (also known as Winni von Wigglebutt).

Although her nutrition advice is questionable at best (she'll never turn down a cookie or whatever the humans are willing to share), she loves to exercise, too! When Winni is not on a personal mission to destroy every squeaker in every toy she has, she loves to be outside doing walkies, hiking with mom and dad, or getting some R&R time with some sunbathing on the porch.

He started working out with competitive bodybuilders and learned many “tricks of the trade” from his experiences. He entered a formal fitness career in the late 2010s, s
Keith's passion for strength training began back in college when he started lifting and using fitness as an outlet for stress relief throughout the ups and downs of life. He started working out with competitive bodybuilders and learned many “tricks of the trade” from his experiences. He entered a formal fitness career in the late 2010s, starting up and co-owning a personal training studio, while finding a place in competitive powerlifting and getting his Associate’s degree in Exercise Science. He has been consumed by the love of educating others in all aspects of fitness ever since. His goal with Vitality Fitness & Recovery is to help you find your passion and be successful in reaching all of your goals, no matter how big or unique they may seem.
In his personal life, Keith was a competitive powerlifter holding multiple state records and although he no longer competes, he still embraces a lifestyle dedicated to fitness. He lives by the motto, "lift heavy, pet dogs."
